And so we started asking ourselves how will things like prioritization, collaboration, code review, and management be refactored in the age of AI? How can we build better, lead more intentionality, and reduce the coordination fatigue that plagues organizations today?

At Span, we're building the tool that we wish we had in our previous roles. It's an exploration of what modern R&D organizations will look like, and how people can manage their most precious resource - people's time and energy - to achieve their goals.
